Profile
Michael was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in February 1980. He has a Bachelor of Law obtained from the Australian National University in Canberra in 1978.
Michael joined Mouldens’ commercial and private client department in December 1988. He was a partner of the firm from 1990 to 2003, after which he was appointed as a consultant.
He acts for a number of small to medium business enterprises in matters ranging from structuring issues to general transactional and advisory work.
Michael also undertakes private client work involving wills, trusts and estate planning.
