Profile
Rod was admitted to practice in 1970 after completing a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Adelaide in 1969. He joined Mouldens in 1972 and became a partner in 1978. He has headed the firm’s private client section since 1988. Rod has been the senior and managing partner of the firm since 1990.
Rod has also been the South Australian Commissioner on the Australian Heritage Commission (Australia’s peak heritage body) from 1999 until 2003 and, in addition to being on the Commission’s Audit Committee, he was the Chairman of its Natural and Indigenous sub-committee.
