Profile
John graduated at the University of Adelaide in 1970 with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
He commenced practice with Mouldens in August 1973 and became a partner in 1977.
John was an elected member of local government from 1977-1980. He served on the Law Society Commercial Law Committee from 1985-1991.
John is a committee member of the South Australian Branch of Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand, a member of the Tax Institute of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Society of South Australia and an associate member of Chartered Secretaries Australia Ltd.
John has acted in major litigation including matters arising from the collapse of the Duke Group and the State Bank of South Australia.
John speaks German.
